Leaving

It hard to see people leave
As they disappear like trees
I am pleased that the seasons are changes for them

People come and go and it’s hard to let go
Even if you have known them for a short moment in time
They remind you that they are more to life than the trauma
They make you feel hopeful again
People come into our life and we don’t know why they impact you and make you not feel see through

Their small acts of kindness, make you want to stay, to remain in this chaotic world because they listen above all of the noise
They are observant like a robin sitting on a branch that cannot be shaken of its ranch
They may travel far but they will always stay in my heart
