The autumn months were hard on your fragile body
The falling leaves made you believe that the seasons are changing
It was the making of your life
You chose to fight instead of dying
As the icy snow fell heavy on your soul

You began to lose hope that you would survive another winter or another storm
But as the Christmas lights shone bright and the nights grew shorter and the icy water washed away all of the pain
Spring came again bringing hope and joy, with a renewed happiness which carried you through the winter months

For once you have confronted your fears and your worries have disappeared
The sunshine has started to become a daily occurrence that has helped you grow strong and there is a belief that you will live long
If you can hold on
Through the rainy days and through the pain you will blossom through the summertime and learn to live your life for the first time
