City Lights

City lights
Leave a trail of scattered lives
Your eyes hide behind the city skyscrapers which map the landscape from the ground to the sky
Constantly questioning why they built the skyscrapers ?

Now you can barely see the stars because of the light pollution
We need to find a solution
A place where we can all see the stars which causes a milky-way of emotions and a sky full of stars
But we have been pulled apart from the once natural earth into a wall of light and glass which radiate in the dark

The sky is marked from the burnt scars which were engraved in the atmosphere
Into the air we breathe
One day, you will see clear skies
But until then, it is time to say goodbye to the night sky
