Walk On

My shoes bruise my broken feet I wish someone would offer me a seat

Instead they beat me too it

I feel as though I am the person most despised

This leaves me empty inside

Isolated

Lonely, on a busy platform of life

Watching the world go by

Nobody takes the time to talk

They just walk on
To them, I am invisible as the empty seat where we us to meet

If they asked, they would realise that it quite a mean feat to walk a mile in my feet

One day, we will greet and not feel incomplete

Then, we will walk down Wall Street

As we dodge the sleet

We will be at peace
