Wild Flower

Let it be
So that one day you can see
The entire family tree and you will be free

Without, the roots being poisoned and even with the leaves falling to the ground
We will look around and see the beauty that surrounds
Our broken flowers

As a wildflower, we will spring up and flourish in this desolate land
I know this wasn’t always the plan
But, we will do all we can to make it the out of the wasteland
With a helping hand
We learn to understand
This wonderland

Our lives are so intertwined
Our minds leave a trail behind
This gives us time to realign
And find our own peace of mind
