Blue Hearts

Blue Hearts
Sends chills through my body
The cold hits my heart
Crystallizing my mind
Creating a crystal of protection from the world
It hurts
But this is nothing like the burns which my body endured
My life is wild
Constantly living in chaos and fear
The cyclone sets to destroy
My foundations, my home
I just can’t let go

If I could breathe the clean, unpolluted air into my body, I would but..
Presently, I living in between
The truth and the past
My life is going by way so fast
One day, the ice crystals, will purify the darkest corners of my life
Freezing the demons
Repairing the broken pieces
Replacing my blue heart which was taken into the past

At last, it has settled
A normal rhythm has been found
Hopefully, it should stabilise now

  1. So glad I discovered your blog. 🙂 Yoga has been a hobby of mine for about a year now, and I’m even on the journey of attaining my yoga teacher training certification. On my blog, I’ve even started a yoga photo journal, which is helping me see what I need to improve, and how much progress I’ve already made. Thanks for this awesome post! I am looking forward to discovering more and more yoga-related pieces of writing. Hope the rest of your weekend is great!
